Hello, I’m Ravikumar. My clients and colleagues in financial services know me for my dedication, consistent follow-ups, and commitment to guiding each client until their loan is successfully given. I’ve spent years building a good name for my service and understanding of the Indian financial world.

 

Having over 8 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry with hands-on exposure, I have created a balanced knowledge base over various loans, customer types, credit profiles, and government financial schemes on offer. Furthermore, I have worked across both banking and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), thus acquiring a unique perspective on the advantages and disadvantages of each lending institution. My career in this area started as a Customer Relationship Manager, then through an unwavering tract of performance and tireless learning over the years, I was promoted to Credit Manager. These plethora of experiences have not only refined my professional skills but I have also had the pleasure of witnessing firsthand the varying needs of clients from myriad walks of life.

My Educational Background

I have completed my Master’s in Commerce (M.Com) from Bangalore University

. This provided the basis for my study of finance, economics, and business. This knowledge, along with my experience, helps me guide clients in making good money choices.

I always encourage my customers to take free counseling from me before applying for a loan. Know-this session gives them an idea about their eligibility criteria, creditworthiness, and the type of loan that would best suit them. I think this step is vital because applying to several banks without full knowledge can harm their credit scores.

Some customers come to me with low or poor CIBIL scores related to some past issues-missed EMIs, financial emergencies, or personal hardships. However, they are sincere in wanting to amend their financial history to rebuild their credit profile. I guide them step by step on how to improve their CIBIL score legally and effectively by using tested strategies.
